Le travail sur le titre ''Rituals'' de La Croix et La Bannière a été une démarche très intéressante pour recréer ce titre techno-acide dans une version quelque peu moderne d'une approche classique de 4AD Records. Notre intention était de mélanger un titre techno et motorique avec le chant ritualiste de Lee à la manière d'une glossolalie (la méthode si largement utilisée par Elisabeth Fraser ou Lisa Gerard). NNHMN avait déjà fait quelque chose de similaire sur l'album ''Church of no Religion'' mais d'une manière beaucoup plus expérimentale. Ici, Mic a utilisé notre parc de synthétiseurs analogiques comme l'Ob-6, et le Moog Subsequent 37.

The work on ''Rituals' track by La Croix et La Bannière was a very interesting take to recreate this techno-acidic track into a somehow modern version of a classical 4AD records approach, our intention was to mix techno, motoric track with ritualistic Lee's vocals in a glossolalia manner (the method so broadly used by Elisabeth Fraser or Lisa Gerard). NNHMN previously did something similar on the ''Church of no Religion'' album but in a much more experimental manner. Here Mic used our park of analogue synthesizers like Ob-6, and Moog Subsequent 37.
